Popie\u0142uszki 3\/118], NIP: 522-288-29-83, REGON: 365238486, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cService Provider.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>The Newsletter is a service provided electronically consisting of sending commercial, marketing and informational content to the e-mail address provided by the User.<\/li>\n<li>These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Service Provider\u2019s website in a form allowing their download, storage and reproduction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a72 Conditions for Using the Newsletter <\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true} --><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Using the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.<\/li>\n<li>To use the service it is required to have:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>an active e-mail address,<\/li>\n<li>access to the Internet,<\/li>\n<li>a device capable of receiving e-mail messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The User subscribes to the Newsletter by:<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>completing the subscription form on the Service Provider\u2019s website, and<\/li>\n<li>confirming the subscription (double opt-in), if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a73 Scope of the Newsletter <\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true} --><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Within the Newsletter the Service Provider may send:<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>nformation about products and services,<\/li>\n<li>information about promotions, discounts and special offers,<\/li>\n<li>educational or industry-related content,<\/li>\n<li>organizational information concerning the store\u2019s activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">2.
