§1 General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Newsletter service operated by [the online store bellasicilia.pl – run by Ewelina Majkowska], with its registered office in [Warsaw 01-786, Ks. Popiełuszki 3/118], NIP: 522-288-29-83, REGON: 365238486, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider.”
2. The Newsletter is a service provided electronically consisting of sending commercial, marketing and informational content to the e-mail address provided by the User.
3. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Service Provider’s website in a form allowing their download, storage and reproduction.

§2 Conditions for Using the Newsletter

1. Using the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
2. To use the service it is required to have:

• an active e-mail address,
• access to the Internet,
• a device capable of receiving e-mail messages.

The User subscribes to the Newsletter by:

• completing the subscription form on the Service Provider’s website, and
• confirming the subscription (double opt-in), if applicable.

§3 Scope of the Newsletter

1. Within the Newsletter the Service Provider may send:

   • nformation about products and services,
   • information about promotions, discounts and special offers,
   • educational or industry-related content,
   • organizational information concerning the store’s activities.

   2. The frequency of sending the Newsletter is not fixed and depends on the current activities of the Service Provider.

§4 Personal Data

1. The controller of Users’ personal data is the Service Provider.
2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of:

   • providing the Newsletter service,
   • sending commercial information by electronic means.

   3. The legal basis for data processing is the User’s consent
   (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

   4. The User has the right to:

• access their data,
• correct their data,
• delete their data,
• restrict processing,
• withdraw consent at any time.

§5 Unsubscribing from the Newsletter

1. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time.

   • Unsubscribing is possible by: clicking the unsubscribe link included in every Newsletter message.

   3. Unsubscribing from the Newsletter results in the cessation of data processing for this purpose.

§6 Liability

1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

   • interruptions in access to the Newsletter caused by technical reasons,
   • incorrect e-mail address provided by the User.

   2. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue the Newsletter service.

§7 Final Provisions

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
2. Users will be informed about changes to the Terms electronically or through the website.
3. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
4. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 1 March 2026.

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data of Users using the newsletter service operated by [the online store bellasicilia.pl run by Ewelina Majkowska], with its registered office in Warsaw 01-786, Ks. Popiełuszki 3/118, NIP: 522-288-29-83, REGON: 365238486, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller.”

• The Controller processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, in particular:
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR)
• the Personal Data Protection Act
  the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services

2. Scope of Processed Data

Within the newsletter service the following personal data are processed:

• e-mail address

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive the newsletter.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Personal data are processed for the purpose of:

• sending newsletters containing commercial, marketing and informational content
• carrying out the Controller’s marketing activities

The legal basis for processing is:

• the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data Retention Period

Personal data will be processed:

• until consent to receive the newsletter is withdrawn, or
• until the newsletter service is discontinued by the Controller.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

Withdrawal of consent to receive the newsletter is possible at any time by:

• clicking the unsubscribe link in each newsletter message, or
• contacting the Controller by e-mail: info@bellasicilia.pl

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

8. Data Security

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. The current version of the document is always available on the Controller’s website.
