Le Delizie dell’Alcantara is a young family firm that produces dried pasta with homemade method,
the pasta factory is located in Moio Alcantara, a small town in Sicily, on the slopes of Etna in the Valley of the Alcantara, which is protected by the River Park with the same name. Microclimate, flora, fauna and its water above all, which gushes out of the volcanogenic springs, make this territory of Sicily unique, either for its naturalistic beauty or for the quality of its products that the factory produces.
