Souce Zà Sà

Souce Zà Sà is a bold, rustic sauce inspired by traditional Italian home cooking — hearty, aromatic and full of depth.

The base is juicy Italian tomato pulp combined with pieces of pork sausage and bacon, which give the sauce its rich, meaty character. Noble porcini mushrooms add a forest umami note, while black olives and onion perfectly balance the flavour, creating a complex, multi-layered composition. Everything is enriched with extra virgin olive oil, seasoned with unrefined sea salt and a touch of sugar to subtly balance the natural acidity of the tomatoes.
